Yoga Packages

At Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio we have developed yoga packages that you can give as gifts to your friends and family.

These yoga packages are, of course, available to those individuals new to yoga and are available at various prices depending on your needs and your budget.

Yoga package 1 - The Perfect Baby Shower gift.

$25 plus tax - Includes the following gifts for the new Yoga mom:

- 2 "moms and babes" yoga classes - An inspiring group yoga class catered to needs for the new mom. New mothers bring themselves and their baby to this yoga class which is currently held on Tuesdays at 1:45pm at TAYS, 202-6156 Quinpool Road.

- 1 pregnancy yoga manual - written by Maxine Munro (occupational therapist, professional yoga teacher and studio owner)

Yoga package 2 - "The Path".

$60 plus tax - Includes the following gifts:

- 2 group yoga classes at TAYS studio. We have skillful and educational yoga classes at all times of day for all levels of participants. TAYS' class schedule can be viewed at www.yogastudio.ns.ca and classes take place at 202-6156 Quinpool Road.

- 1 standard yoga mat

- 1 yoga belt

Yoga package 3 – “p.s. I love you” package

$150 plus tax - Includes the following gifts for lucky recipient:

- 1 one-on-one yoga session by one of TAYS' senior yoga instructors. Your friend/family member will attend a one hour individualized yoga session that addresses his/her health needs. He/She will obtain a personalized class that he/she can take and practice at home. Session will be booked through TAYS at 429-3303 and take place at 202-6156 Quinpool Road.

- 1 standard yoga mat

- 1 yoga belt

Yoga package 4 - "The Journey".

$175 plus tax - Includes the following gifts:

- 4 group yoga classes at TAYS studio. We have skillful and educational yoga classes at all times of day for all levels of participants. TAYS' class schedule can be viewed at www.yogastudio.ns.ca and classes take place at 202-6156 Quinpool Road.

- 1 standard yoga mat

- 1 yoga tote

- 1 yoga belt
