Meditation Resources:
1. Meditation classes resume in September Friday mornings from 11:00am until 12:00noon. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome.
2. Meditation and dharma classes also available through Nalandabodhi Nalandabodhi Halifax.

4. Meditation Instruction: You can book appointments at the studio to receive meditation instruction 1:1 with Mike or contact Nalandabodhi Halifax to find a time to meet with any of their practice instructors: Please see his meditation manual as a resource. It is best to get personal instruction and this manual is intended as a support as you learn the practice after attending a class or meeting individually.
