An Invitation to discover Pranassage™: Uniting Yoga and Massage. A truly wonderful experience!
The Benefits of Pranassage™
Pranassage™ sessions involve a combination of yoga and bodywork. Very little effort is required on behalf of the receiver and therefore allows the individual space to relax into stretches. The participant is placed and led into various positions that resemble yoga postures. Deep pressure is applied to the muscles and bones to accentuate the effects of gravity. The result is a deep state of relaxation and an enjoyable stretch to the tissues of the body. No previous experience in yoga is necessary. So everyone can benefit from Pranassage™.
"Pranassage™ can relax and open your body more than you ever thought possible”
--Maxine & Mike Munro
What does PranassageTM require?
No special equipment is required and the participant remains fully clothed during the session. Also, no oils or creams are used so it is more accessible for the receiver since it can be incorporated easily into your day.
