Yoga Schedule

Our TAYS schedule offers Yoga classes at all levels of challenge, during the early morning and right up until later in the evening on weekday and on weekends.

Start and end dates for Mysore, Tai Chi and Chi Gong are available online. We often have workshops with various topics on Saturday afternoons and on Sundays.

For classes you can show up 10 - 15 minutes early to register and pay for 1 or more classes at the studio. Tai Chi, Chi Gong and Mysore need to be paid for in advance by calling (902)429-3303 or emailing
